Development Manager

We are seeking a Development Manager who is passionate about representing The Haven internally and externally to enhance the organization’s profile and further strengthen our donor stewardship and increase our access to grant funding. The primary function of this role is to creatively increase donor engagement and philanthropic giving while administering giving processes and systems.

The position reports to the Director of Operations and Community. The position will also work in collaboration with their management peers on broader organizational and strategic planning initiatives.

Maintenance Supervisor

The maintenance supervisor ensures that our systems and equipment remain in good working order, through proactive measures, remedial activities, and preventive maintenance; our maintenance team is supported and positioned for success; and, our property is safe and comfortable for our guests and staff. This role assigns tasks to Technicians, manages assets, and oversees projects. Develops work schedules. Maintains our water system compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Hot tub and swimming pool maintenance in accordance with VIHA regulations. Maintains buildings: gutter cleaning, power washing decks, roof cleaning, plumbing and similar building repairs.

Front Office and Retail Services Coordinator

We are seeking a full-time Front Office and Retail Services Coordinator. This key role’s main functions are to work in and oversee the Haven’s reception area, coordinate the Haven Store (physical and online), and provide coordination and support to our bodywork services area.
