Week 35: Bellydancing
Dale Kelly writes: A bit of history here – Catherine Fallis was my promoter/manager for my belly dance performance in 1987.
Catherine Fallis writes: [Living Alive] Phase 1, Oct ’87 – just one more of my various disguises that day [see Week 31 for another]. Dale wanted an audience of women for his belly dance and my character was a somewhat seedy type who was put to work rustling up the ladies for him. I then introduced him to the adoring crowd in Swallow. I was part of his fantasy, and I’m not quite sure what it meant to me!
