We are thrilled to share with you that our Podcast The Beauty of Conflict is officially live! We’ve been teasing this release for a while now and the day is finally here! We’ve released the first three episodes and you can listen wherever you enjoy podcasts.
Labor of Love
The Beauty of Conflict Podcast has been a labor of love for us from the very beginning. We felt very strongly that our message and insights about conflict – both in the workplace and in your personal life – would be served by a podcast platform.
We know that everyone can benefit from learning about the beauty of conflict and how to deal with it at home, work, and everywhere else. We also know that our specialization in conflict resolution, communication, and building strong, thriving teams and relationships is something we need to share. So here we are, introducing you to the new The Beauty of Conflict podcast!
First Episodes
In our first episodes (and in future episodes) we are sharing more than just our knowledge, we are bringing on guests to speak to their own experience as well. In the second episode, for example, we share the story of Rob and Jo-Ann, a couple that attended a Couples Alive workshop we led at The Haven, and how they are using what they learned in their communication and conflict resolution. We also sat down with Evan Fein, who we’ve worked with several times over the years, and he shares how our work together impacted how he made a choice about what was next for him in his career.
These are real people with real conflict and finding the real beauty in conflict. We can’t wait for you to hear their stories, take away lessons from us and them, and begin implementing these tips in your day to day life.
