Join us to unlearn and sustain meaningful change for all to feel seen, valued and heard. In this experiential 2-hour session, we will be guided by Amil Reddy, a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion professional. Learn more about Amil’s lens below.

Explore the interplay between cultural context and personal responsibility. Through the use of experiential learning, interactive activities will aim to deepen connection to yourself and others by providing a new way of communicating through a cross cultural lens. Creating space where all voices are heard, we will end the session with tangible and actionable outcomes and a commitment to meaningful change.

Format: 

In this 2-hour session, Amil will guide us through experiential learning exercises. We will use breakout rooms on Zoom to deepen our learning and connection. Amil will provide follow-up resources to support your continued learning. *Based on the feedback we received in Part 1: It Starts With U, we’ve increased the duration of this workshop from 90 minutes to 2 hours.
