Confidentiality
During some programs, people may reveal very personal information that participants are asked to respect as confidential. Accordingly, all participants are asked to commit themselves not to disclose any information about this group that could be used to identify any individual to anyone outside of the group without that person’s specific prior permission. Participants are always free to discuss their own experiences so long as they do not identify any other person.
在线录影录音
在线课程中，我们会录影录音课程讲解学习的部分，和偶尔的问答部分。在课程宣传的文字中和注册后的确认邮件中，可以浏览到课程的程序细节。录影录音将使用于在线时段的复盘复习和错过在线出席的学员使用。小组讨论将不会被录影录音。我们尽量不会录学员的影像和声音，我们鼓励学员如果感觉不舒服被录制时，请及时终止我们。未经学员同意的影像或录音，将不会被在课程以外被分享。
Online Recordings
With our online programs, we often record the learning portions and occasionally Q&A. Specifics for each program are detailed in the program description as well as confirmation email. Recordings are sometimes distributed to participants in programs following the live sessions for review or in case of a missed session. Breakout rooms are not recorded. We do our best not to record audio and video of participants; however, if a participant is uncomfortable being recorded, we encourage them to ask us to pause recording. Any recording material with participant audio or video will never be shared outside of this group without consent.

It is important that our leader teams have a way to reach participants. This information is strictly for the purpose of offering support as needed. The Haven does not share participant’s personal information except in the case that a leader requests a means to contact them regarding the program. Following programs, we circulate an optional contact sheet where you can choose to add details for social purposes with participants and leaders.

The Haven welcomes participants from the LGBTQ2S+ community. On occasion, we offer programs that are intended for audiences of a specific gender identity or gender expression. For these and all of our programs, we encourage participants to make choices that match their self identity.

Refunds
Online programs
Full payment is due at time of registration.
Donations made at the time of registration are not eligible for refund.
Program cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the program start date are eligible for a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee or 50% of ticket price, whichever is less. Alternately the refund portion can be kept on file to be used for a future registration or transferred to another person.
Program cancellations made between 7 days and 2 days prior to the program start date are eligible to be held as a non-refundable credit for a future registration, less a $50 cancellation fee or 50% of ticket price, whichever is less. This credit can be transferred to another person.
Program cancellations made in the 48 hours prior to the program start date are not eligible for any refund or credit.
学员年龄

Participant age
Adult programs – a participant must be 19 or older to register for an adult program at The Haven. Exceptions may be considered on a case by case basis for 17 and 18 year olds. A 17 or 18 year old participant in an adult program must have a guardian at The Haven during the program.
Youth programs – a participant must be between 14 and 19 to register for Teens Alive I and II, and between 16 and 19 to register for Teens Alive III. The minimum age to register a child for Kids in the Spotlight is 5. Exceptions may be considered on a case by case basis by the leaders of the youth programs.
