Yoga for Trauma: Mind-Body Practices for Resilience and Recovery

This program integrates the traditional wisdom and science of yoga therapy, contemporary neuroscience, and trauma theory to explore how the practices of yoga can address the neurophysiological effects of trauma. 

Participants explore evidence based practices that safely facilitate the mind-body connection, and support resilience and self regulation for increased well-being. 


This program is for people who want to:

  • Safely explore relational, embodied self-awareness and choice
  • Learn trauma-informed yoga practices for resilience and regulation
  • Explore the mind-body connection and the neurophysiology of trauma

Format: This program combines presentation and experiential learning, introducing concepts and practices, and their benefits in daily life.
