Personal Parenting: Window to your Child

Oct 23 - Oct 25, 2020

Do you ever feel out-of-your-depth as a parent or guardian? Could you and your family benefit from skills and resources for building connected relationships? Are you hard on yourself or a co-parent when one of you makes a "mistake"?

This program is for parents, grandparents, and caregivers who want to explore and improve their relationships with their children. While it is assumed that we inherently know best how to raise our children, there is much to learn: effective communication for different stages of development, compassion for yourself as a caregiver, how your own childhood attachment patterns affect your parenting and relationships, and more.

"Personal Parenting was a transformative experience for me. Connecting with other parents who are so eager and committed to do their own personal work was so uplifting. I left feeling hopeful for lifelong deeper connections with my children. Learning from Denise is a true gift."  - D.A., Personal Parenting participant
