Digital Detox: Unplug to Reconnect

Mar 13 - Mar 15, 2020

Take a break from technology to connect.

We are more connected than ever before, and yet many of us feel disconnected from ourselves, from meaning in our lives, and relationships.

Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr, Snapchat ... the list goes on.

Contemporary discoveries in neuroscience tell us we are wired for connection and resonance with others, yet our reliance on technology to connect has many of us struggling with moodiness, low self-esteem, poor sleep, and feelings of loneliness and social isolation.

Technologies of course are convenient and useful, but excessive use is problematic and can keep us distracted from knowing ourselves and others in the fullness of our human experience.

Being with yourself is essential to knowing who you are, what you want, and to tapping into your creativity - gaining clarity about what’s important to you and what you can let go of.

Join us and take a temporary break from technology and to connect with yourself and others in a choiceful way.

We'll introduce tools and practices that will help you discover your ability to make choices that support you in living the life you want.

Program tuition includes an online group follow-up session with the leaders.
