Contemporary discoveries in neuroscience tell us we are wired for connection and resonance with others, yet our reliance on technology to connect has many of us struggling with moodiness, low self-esteem, poor sleep, and feelings of loneliness and social isolation.
Technologies of course are convenient and useful, but excessive use is problematic and can keep us distracted from knowing ourselves and others in the fullness of our human experience.
