In this program you will examine the personal belief systems that support depression and access your capacity to live a fuller, more joyful life.

While medication is often useful, in this program, you will be invited to consider additional or alternative interventions. You will mobilize your breath and energy, access your feelings and creativity, and enjoy the pleasure of body movement. It is possible to interrupt depression with conscious commitment.

This program is for you if:

  • You are experiencing depression
  • You have worked your way out of depression and want to focus on prevention
  • You are concerned for someone you know who is depressed
  • You are a professional working with people who experience depression

In these five days of education and experiential learning, you will gain a wide variety of take-home skills to enrich both your personal and professional life.
