Greg Gurel MPCC-S RPC ACC is a “people person” with a ravenous curiosity about life, love, and the human psyche. His personal journey started early in his twenties and since then he’s been continually challenging himself to grow mentally, emotionally, and physically. He’s passionate about working with people and a strong believer that knowing ourselves and addressing our past is key in helping us to better relate, connect, and empathize with others. Self-awareness, self-responsibility, and choiceful living are all mainstays in how he lives his life along with a devotion to the importance of relationships in discovering his self-definition.
As a member of the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA), Greg holds the Master Practitioner of Clinical Counselling (MPCC) designation as well as being a qualified clinical supervisor. He also holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). With over 30 years of experience working with people, he has acquired a varied and comprehensive skill set that he delivers energetically and with an emphasis on psycho-education whether working individually, in workshops, or as a college instructor.
